The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience and extensive knowledge in low-code environments and database concepts. This is a remote role, requiring occasional travel for meetings and workshops.

Duties and Responsibilities

We are looking for a senior hands‑on systems builder who will design, develop, and own the tooling ecosystem required to operate and measure a global Services business. This role combines:

• Low/No‑Code solution architecture
• Database design
• API integrations
• Services taxonomy modeling
• Cross‑functional alignment with Offering Managers, Finance, CRM/ERP teams

This is not a pure developer role. This is a systems thinker who can translate service portfolio logic into structured, measurable data models. As the Services Business Systems Lead, you will:

• Build and own the operational tooling backbone for Services, including: Services SKU & Project Code taxonomy modeling, data structures enabling margin transparency & performance tracking, tooling for offering lifecycle management, integration between Services SKUs and CRM/ERP systems, reporting structures that allow scalable business measurement.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal Services Business Systems Lead has 2+ years of experience in:

• Systems architecture
• Low‑code solution development
• Database modeling
• API integrations

Experience in Services or recurring revenue business and in multi‑country / multi‑entity environments is a plus. Strong knowledge of:

• Low Code / No Code environments
• Database concepts (relational modeling, normalization, keys)
• REST APIs, JSON, authentication flows

Ideal additional programming skills (vibe coding) are welcome.

Work Setup

Remote position based in Europe, within CET ± 3 hours for effective collaboration with global and regional teams. Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings, workshops, and key events.
