Job summary

T-Systems Iberia is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead technical implementations of ServiceNow ITSM and related customization. The role involves shaping solution designs, configuring and coding within domain separated instances, and ensuring best practices across complex enterprise environments.

You will develop business rules, client scripts, workflows, UI policies, and support integrations with external systems while collaborating with stakeholders and project teams.

Qualifications

• Senior ServiceNow Consultant with strong platform development experience.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM processes and enterprise implementations.
• Experience with domain separated ServiceNow environments and large-scale deployments.
• Solid JavaScript skills for custom development and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Design and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
