T-Systems Iberia is seeking a Process Manager for Cloud Public operations in a fast-paced IT environment across major Spanish cities. You will optimize ITIL-to-Agile processes, drive automation, and coordinate vendor communications while ensuring security and process compliance. Strong documentation and English fluency are essential.

Hybrid work model available with a focus on improving workflow efficiency and tool development within a collaborative, multinational team.

Qualifikationen

• Completed studies in technical, engineering or business subject.
• 3 years IT experience with focus on modern cloud technologies.
• Strong ability to create and document processes, especially for DevOps.
• Extensive knowledge in infrastructure automation.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes.
• High level of customer orientation.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience with Jira Service Management and Confluence.
