T-Systems Iberia is seeking a Business Consultant with strong financial controlling expertise and German language skills. The role focuses on budget steering, forecasting, and mid-term planning in a hybrid Spain-based environment, coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

You will analyze variances and trends, prepare management materials, and drive optimization in planning processes while working across finance and business units. A proactive, independent mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• We are looking for a qualified Financial Controlling professional with strong experience in budget steering, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Excellent analytical skills, stakeholder management abilities, and proficiency in German language.
• Strong presentation and management reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for in-year budget steering and monitoring the achievement of financial targets.
• Ownership and execution of the forecasting process (short- and mid-term forecasts).
• Contribution to mid-term planning (iPF) with action recommendations and financial evaluation.
• Preparation of reports, presentations, and decision-making materials for management.
• Close coordination with business units, controlling and management.
