NTT DATA is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow QA Engineer to join our ServiceNow Practice. You will execute functional, regression, and integration tests, build and run automated ATF scripts, and provide timely feedback on quality across sprints and releases.

You will work with QA Manager, BAs, and developers to ensure testing aligns with quality standards, coordinate UAT, and contribute to expanding our automated test coverage across product domains in a hybrid setup.

Formación

• Experience as QA Engineer in ServiceNow or enterprise platform delivery.
• Proficient in writing test cases and test scripts from user stories.

Responsabilidades

• Execute functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing per QA Plan.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts in ServiceNow ATF.
• Perform regression testing ahead of releases and upgrades using automation.
• Log, track, and retest defects with clear reports.
• Support UAT coordination and test data provisioning.
• Maintain test cases in shared repository and ensure updates with platform changes.
• Provide test execution metrics to QA Manager.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies to ensure testability from story creation to delivery.
