Job summary

gategroup seeks an IT Process Specialist to maintain and improve IT processes in ServiceNow. You will ensure adherence, support demand management, governance, and resource planning, and maintain documentation and knowledge bases.

You will develop dashboards and KPI reports, collaborate with IT, Finance, and project teams, and provide guidance on new procedures to drive efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years IT process management or ITSM experience.
• Hands-on ServiceNow experience including Demand Management and Project Management.
• Experience building dashboards, KPIs, and operational reports.
• Strong English communication; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and improve IT processes within ServiceNow.
• Support demand management, project governance, and resource planning.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to inform decisions and governance.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and project teams and document procedures.
• Provide training and guidance on new or updated processes.
