Amaris Consulting busca un ServiceNow Developer para unirse a un equipo internacional y trabajar en un entorno ágil, orientado a entregar soluciones de calidad.

Requiere 3–4 años en desarrollo ServiceNow, dominio de JavaScript, HTML/XML, ITSM, WSD y Experience con Flow Designer, Studio IDE y Update Sets. Se valorará experiencia en Portal, integraciones y prácticas Agile/DevOps. Inglés fluido y enfoque centrado en el cliente.

Formación

• Experiencia 3–4+ años en desarrollo ServiceNow o roles semejantes.
• Conocimientos en desarrollo en la plataforma ServiceNow: scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), tecnologías web (HTML/XML) y APIs de ServiceNow.
• Experiencia con módulos ITSM y WSD y desarrollo en Citiz en ServiceNow.
• Conocimiento de herramientas de desarrollo de ServiceNow: Flow Designer, Studio IDE y Update Sets.
• Comprensión de arquitectura y modelo de datos de ServiceNow y buenas prácticas.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

• 3/4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development or similar engineering roles
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), web technologies (HTML or XML) and ServiceNow APIs
• Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM and WSD
• Hands-on experience with Citizen development on ServiceNow
• Familiarity with ServiceNow development tools such as Flow Designer, Studio IDE, Update Sets
• Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and best practices
• Experience with Service Portal design and development
• Experience developing custom applications and integrations with third-party applications
• Experience facilitating client-facing workshops and progressing initiatives through their lifecycle
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Ability to work within, and occasionally lead, a multi-disciplinary team delivering high-quality output in short timeframes
• Knowledge of relational databases
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident management, change management, etc.)
• Analytical mindset and strong customer orientation
• Ability to quickly understand new technologies through instruction and self-training
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (fluid level)
• Strong critical thinking skills
• A collaborative mindset – team collaboration is key
