Amaris Consulting busca un/a Desarrollador/a ServiceNow para unirse a un equipo internacional en Marbella. El rol implica planificar kickoff y seguimiento de proyectos, colaborar con un grupo global de clientes y entregar soluciones en un entorno ágil.

Se exige más de 3 años de experiencia en desarrollo ServiceNow, dominio de scripting JavaScript y GlideScript, conocimiento de ITSM y ITIL, y experiencia con Service Portal y herramientas Flow Designer, Studio IDE y Update Sets.

Formación

• 3/4+ años de experiencia en ServiceNow o roles afines.
• Dominio de JavaScript/GlideScript y APIs de ServiceNow.
• Experiencia en ITSM y ITIL.
• Experiencia con Flow Designer, Studio IDE y Update Sets.
• Inglés fluido y capacidad de aprendizaje rápido.

What would you need?

• 3/4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development or similar engineering roles


• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), web technologies (HTML or XML) and ServiceNow APIs


• Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM and WSD


• Hands-on experience with Citizen development on ServiceNow


• Familiarity with ServiceNow development tools such as Flow Designer, Studio IDE, Update Sets


• Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and best practices


• Experience with Service Portal design and development


• Experience developing custom applications and integrations with third-party applications


• Experience facilitating client-facing workshops and progressing initiatives through their lifecycle


• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices


• Ability to work within, and occasionally lead, a multi-disciplinary team delivering high-quality output in short timeframes


• Knowledge of relational databases


• Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident management, change management, etc.)


• Analytical mindset and strong customer orientation


• Ability to quickly understand new technologies through instruction and self-training


• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (fluid level)


• Strong critical thinking skills


• A collaborative mindset - team collaboration is key
