Amaris Consulting in Spain is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join an international team. You will contribute to design, development, and integration of ServiceNow solutions, work with ITSM and WSD modules, and participate in workshops and agile processes.

Formación

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development or similar engineering roles.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow scripting, web technologies, and APIs.
• Experience with ITSM and WSD modules.
• Hands-on experience with citizen development on ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with Flow Designer, Studio IDE and Update Sets.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
• Experience with Service Portal design and development.
• Experience delivering integrations with third-party apps.
• Ability to collaborate with clients and lead workshops.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

• 3/4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development or similar engineering roles
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), web technologies (HTML or XML) and ServiceNow APIs
• Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM and WSD
• Hands-on experience with Citizen development on ServiceNow
• Familiarity with ServiceNow development tools such as Flow Designer, Studio IDE, Update Sets
• Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and best practices
• Experience with Service Portal design and development
• Experience developing custom applications and integrations with third-party applications
• Experience facilitating client-facing workshops and progressing initiatives through their lifecycle
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Ability to work within, and occasionally lead, a multi-disciplinary team delivering high-quality output in short timeframes
• Knowledge of relational databases
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident management, change management, etc.)
• Analytical mindset and strong customer orientation
• Ability to quickly understand new technologies through instruction and self-training
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (fluid level)
• Strong critical thinking skills
