Amaris Consulting está buscando un Desarrollador ServiceNow para Marbella-Málaga, Andalucía, España. Unirse a un equipo internacional y entregar proyectos en entornos ágiles y de rápido ciclo, donde planificarás kickoffs y dar seguimiento a iniciativas.

Se requieren 3/4+ años en desarrollo ServiceNow o roles afines, dominio de scripting y APIs, experiencia con ITSM/WSD y habilidades de comunicación en inglés. Trabajo en equipo, liderazgo ocasional y enfoque al cliente son clave.

Formación

• 3/4+ años de experiencia en desarrollo ServiceNow o roles de ingeniería similares.
• Fuerte dominio del desarrollo en la plataforma ServiceNow, incluyendo scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), tecnologías web (HTML o XML) y APIs de ServiceNow.
• Experiencia con módulos ServiceNow: ITSM y WSD.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar y personalizar aplicaciones de ServiceNow.
• Colaborar con clientes y equipos para entregar funciones en tiempo.
• Liderar o participar en talleres con clientes y actividades del ciclo de vida.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

• 3/4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development or similar engineering roles
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), web technologies (HTML or XML) and ServiceNow APIs
• Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM and WSD
• Hands-on experience with Citizen development on ServiceNow
• Familiarity with ServiceNow development tools such as Flow Designer, Studio IDE, Update Sets
• Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and best practices
• Experience with Service Portal design and development
• Experience developing custom applications and integrations with third-party applications
• Experience facilitating client-facing workshops and progressing initiatives through their lifecycle
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Ability to work within, and occasionally lead, a multi-disciplinary team delivering high-quality output in short timeframes
• Knowledge of relational databases
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident management, change management, etc.)
• Analytical mindset and strong customer orientation
• Ability to quickly understand new technologies through instruction and self-training
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (fluid level)
• Strong critical thinking skills
• A collaborative mindset - team collaboration is key
