Amaris Consulting is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our Valencia-based team. You will leverage 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience to design, build and optimize solutions in an agile environment.

Join an international group, work with ITIL processes, ITSM modules, and flow-based tooling while collaborating with clients and cross-functional teammates across a fast-paced delivery lifecycle.

Formación

• 3/4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development or similar engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), web technologies (HTML or XML) and ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience with ITSM and WSD modules, and Citizen development on ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with Flow Designer, Studio IDE, Update Sets and Service Portal.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and best practices.
• Experience facilitating client-facing workshops and working in agile environments.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

• 3/4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development or similar engineering roles
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), web technologies (HTML or XML) and ServiceNow APIs
• Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM and WSD
• Hands-on experience with Citizen development on ServiceNow
• Familiarity with ServiceNow development tools such as Flow Designer, Studio IDE, Update Sets
• Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and best practices
• Experience with Service Portal design and development
• Experience developing custom applications and integrations with third-party applications
• Experience facilitating client-facing workshops and progressing initiatives through their lifecycle
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Ability to work within, and occasionally lead, a multi-disciplinary team delivering high-quality output in short timeframes
• Knowledge of relational databases
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident management, change management, etc.)
• Analytical mindset and strong customer orientation
• Ability to quickly understand new technologies through instruction and self-training
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (fluid level)
• Strong critical thinking skills
• A collaborative mindset – team collaboration is key
