Amaris Consulting is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join an international team and drive IT service management projects in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will plan kickoff activities, implement configurations, and follow up on deployments across client environments to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 3–4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, strong scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), ITSM and ITOM knowledge, and excellent written and spoken English.

Formación

• 3/4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development or similar engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), web technologies (HTML or XML) and ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM and WSD
• Hands-on experience with Citizen development on ServiceNow
• Familiarity with ServiceNow development tools such as Flow Designer, Studio IDE, Update Sets
• Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and best practices
• Experience with Service Portal design and development
• Experience developing custom applications and integrations with third-party applications
• Experience facilitating client-facing workshops and progressing initiatives through their lifecycle
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Ability to work within, and occasionally lead, a multi-disciplinary team delivering high-quality output in short timeframes
• Knowledge of relational databases
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident management, change management, etc.)
• Analytical mindset and strong customer orientation
• Ability to quickly understand new technologies through instruction and self-training
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (fluid level)
• Strong critical thinking skills
• A collaborative mindset – team collaboration is key
