Amaris Consulting in Spain is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join an international team and contribute to end-to-end projects within the Now Platform.

The role requires 3+ years in ServiceNow development, ITSM/WSD, and strong English communication. You will design, implement, and integrate solutions, collaborate across disciplines, and support clients through workshops and delivery cycles.

Formación

• 3/4+ years in ServiceNow development or similar engineering roles.
• Experience with ITSM and WSD modules.
• Hands-on Citizen development on ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with Flow Designer, Studio IDE, Update Sets.
• Strong English communication and ITIL knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end development within the Citizen scope of the WSD module on the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform, focusing on the WSD module and related APIs.
• Develop, maintain, and customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Manage incidents and requests through the platform, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and drive improvements.
