Amaris Consulting busca un ServiceNow Developer para unirse a un equipo internacional y liderar proyectos dentro de un entorno ágil. Participarás en la planificación y seguimiento de iniciativas, desarrollando soluciones en la plataforma Now y trabajando con clientes globales.

La posición requiere 3/4+ años en ServiceNow, conocimiento de ITSM/WSD, APIs y desarrollo de aplicaciones, así como habilidades de taller con clientes y trabajo en equipo multidisciplinar.

Formación

• 3/4+ años de experiencia en desarrollo ServiceNow o roles afines.
• Dominio de ServiceNow (JS, GlideScript), HTML/XML y APIs.
• Experiencia con módulos ITSM y WSD.
• Experiencia en citizen development en ServiceNow.
• Conocimientos de Flow Designer, Studio IDE y Update Sets.
• Conocimientos de la arquitectura y modelo de datos de ServiceNow.
• Experiencia en Service Portal y desarrollo de aplicaciones personalizadas.
• Habilidades para formación con clientes y trabajo en equipo.
• Inglés fluido.
• Pensamiento analítico y orientación al cliente.

Responsabilidades

• Apoyar el desarrollo de extremo a extremo en el ámbito Citizen del módulo WSD en ServiceNow.
• Configurar y mantener la plataforma ServiceNow centrada en WSD y APIs relacionadas.
• Desarrollar, mantener y personalizar aplicaciones ServiceNow, incluidas workflows, dashboards e informes.
• Gestionar incidentes y requests en la plataforma y asegurar resolución oportuna.
• Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para entregar soluciones de alta calidad.
• Analizar problemas de rendimiento y aplicar soluciones correctivas.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

• 3/4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development or similar engineering roles
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), web technologies (HTML or XML) and ServiceNow APIs
• Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM and WSD
• Hands‑on experience with Citizen development on ServiceNow
• Familiarity with ServiceNow development tools such as Flow Designer, Studio IDE, Update Sets
• Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and best practices
• Experience with Service Portal design and development
• Experience developing custom applications and integrations with third‑party applications
• Experience facilitating client‑facing workshops and progressing initiatives through their lifecycle
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Ability to work within, and occasionally lead, a multi‑disciplinary team delivering high‑quality output in short timeframes
• Knowledge of relational databases
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident management, change management, etc.)
• Analytical mindset and strong customer orientation
• Ability to quickly understand new technologies through instruction and self‑training
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (fluid level)
• Strong critical thinking skills
• A collaborative mindset – team collaboration is key

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Support the end‑to‑end development within the Citizen scope of the WSD module on the ServiceNow platform
• Configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform, focusing on the WSD module and related APIs
• Develop, maintain, and customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, dashboards, and reporting solutions
• Manage incidents and requests through the platform, ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions, improve processes, and provide technical support
• Analyze system performance issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Conduct code reviews to ensure alignment with industry best practices and quality standards
• Implement security policies using ACLs (Access Control Lists), roles, and groups
• Document processes, configurations, and technical solutions
• Drive innovative mission solutions and digital transformation initiatives with internal stakeholders and customers
• Develop and enhance application prototypes and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) on the ServiceNow platform
• Document and present technical solutions aligned with business needs and challenges
• Facilitate and lead workshops focused on innovation, ideation, co‑creation, development, and validation of solutions
• Stay up to date on ServiceNow product developments, complementary technologies, and external trends to identify new opportunities for the Now Platform
