Job summary

Intellias helps retailers deliver omnichannel experiences through technology. This role leads AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform, leveraging Build Agent, Now Assist, Generative AI, and related technologies.

The candidate will stay hands-on in architecture, perform design reviews, and tackle complex AI implementations while identifying opportunities to embed AI in business processes and workflows.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on experience with Now Assist and agentic AI capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Build Agent, IDE and Fluent developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Remain hands-on in solution architecture, design reviews, and complex AI implementations.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI across business processes, workflows, and platform services.
• Evaluate emerging ServiceNow AI capabilities and industry trends for organizational use.
• Clear communicator and problem solver.
