Siemens Energy in Madrid seeks a Project Manager for high‑voltage electrical transmission and distribution projects. You will lead execution of high-impact initiatives, including maintenance, retrofits, and upgrades across substations, GIS, transformers, and related equipment.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, factories, HSE, procurement, and logistics teams; travel internationally for on-site stays. A degree in industrial/electrical/energy engineering plus PM and HV experience are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in industrial, electrical, energy engineering, or a related field.
• Strong project management experience in the electrical sector.
• Background in work management within the electrical sector, especially under outage conditions.
• Familiarity with service procedures including predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance, retrofits and refurbishments.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Salesforce and SAP are a plus.
• Proven track record of managing clients including utilities, conventional and renewable generators, and industrial clients.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; willing to travel internationally.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

What You Bring

• Technical knowledge and experience in project management and high-voltage electrical equipment.


• Background in work management within the electrical sector, especially under outage conditions.


• Familiarity with service procedures, including predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance, as well as retrofits and refurbishments.


• Proficiency in MS Office is essential; experience with Salesforce and SAP is a plus.


• Proven track record of managing clients, including utilities, conventional and renewable generators, and industrial clients.


• Results-oriented, organized, and resilient under pressure, with strong teamwork and communication skills.


• Willingness to travel internationally for short to medium-term on-site stays.


• High level of spoken and written proficiency in both Spanish and English.
