Siemens Energy in the Madrid area is seeking a project leader to run high‑impact HV transmission projects (1 kV–400 kV). You will drive predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance, as well as retrofits and upgrades, while ensuring installation and commissioning for substations, breakers, GIS, transformers, and more.

You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams and be prepared to travel internationally to ensure timely, high‑quality project delivery.

Formación

• Strong project management knowledge and ability to lead HV projects.
• Experience with high-voltage equipment and substations.
• Background in work management within the electrical sector, especially outages.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Salesforce and SAP a plus.

• Support sales during contract negotiations to meet client needs.
• Prepare offers and develop technical solutions for project success.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in industrial, electrical, energy engineering, or a related field.
• Technical knowledge and experience in project management and high-voltage electrical equipment.
• Background in work management within the electrical sector, especially under outage conditions.
• Familiarity with service procedures, including predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance, as well as retrofits and refurbishments.
• Proficiency in MS Office is essential; experience with Salesforce and SAP is a plus.
• Proven track record of managing clients, including utilities, conventional and renewable generators, and industrial clients.
• Results-oriented, organized, and resilient under pressure, with strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally for short to medium-term on-site stays.
• High level of spoken and written proficiency in both Spanish and English.
