Siemens Energy S.A. in Castellón/Alcudia seeks a professional on-site Project Manager to oversee all site activities, ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and safety targets, and report to Project Management.

The role features 100% on-site work with two-week shifts between Castellón and Alcudia. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in civil/mechanical/electrical environments, strong on-site management, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
• 3+ years in civil/mechanical/electrical site management.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English (B2+).
• Experience with project and quality management in turnkey projects.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and customers on site.
• Basic EHS certification (60 hours) required.
• Familiarity with BIM is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Join us in driving project success as you take charge of on‑site implementation, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality targets while upholding health and safety standards. You will report directly to Project Management, playing a pivotal role in delivering excellence on the project site. Imagine leading a team where your expertise shapes the project’s success and contributes to a culture of safety and accountability.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Oversee all onsite activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards andensure a safe working environment for all site personnel.


• Attend meetings with customers and contractors, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.


• You will actively engage in weekly and monthly reporting, providing insights and updates to stakeholders. You will track the project schedule and implement countermeasures as necessary to keep the project on track.


• You will promote and lead the Zero Harm Culture, ensuring adherence to occupational environmental health and safety (EHS) regulations.


• Manage and document any deviations from construction procedures, directing contract and claim activities as required.


• You will provide accurate and timely site progress updates to management, developing countermeasures with the PM team to mitigate any impacts.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering (or a related field).


• A broad knowledge base in construction site management, with over 3 years of experience in civil, mechanical, or electrical environments.


• Proficiency in both spoken and written Spanish and English (minimum B2 level).


• Experience in supporting project and quality management processes in turn-key projects.


• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and customers within a construction setting.


• Basic EHS certification (60 hours) is required.


• Familiarity with BIM is a plus.
