Airbus Operations SL in Getafe (Madrid) seeks a Service & Performance Manager – General Services to lead the Office Services and catering/vending operations for the site. You will monitor KPIs, manage SLAs, coordinate vendors, and drive continuous improvement to enhance employee experience and cost efficiency.
The role requires an Engineering degree, up to 3 years' supplier management experience, strong data analysis skills, and fluency in English (B2 or higher). Occasional travel may be needed.
Job Description: An opportunity for Service & Performance Manager – General Services has arisen in Getafe (Madrid)
Responsibilities Restore the operational performance, KPI achievement, and contract compliance of the catering and vending services. Comprehensive management of Office Services in Getafe. Cross-functional support to other general services and FMRE Spain service lines. The goal is to ensure efficiency, cost control, excellence in the employee experience, and continuous improvement. Main Responsibilities Catering & Vending - Getafe Monitoring and improvement of KPIs (quality, satisfaction, incidents, service times, etc.). Supervision of contractual compliance and SLAs with suppliers. Analysis of consumption data, trends, and optimization opportunities. Definition and implementation of continuous improvement plans. Budget management and cost control. Audit coordination. Action plan management. Adherence to applicable regulations and standards. Office Services – Getafe Daily operational management of general office services. Supplier coordination and contract monitoring. Budgetary control of the area. Supervision of proper service operation. Incident response and agile problem resolution. Cross-functional Support to General Services and other Service Lines - Waste, Cleaning & Landscaping, Transport, Others Support in monitoring supplier compliance. Reporting. Service audits. Participation in meetings. Implementation of control and monitoring tools. Definition and implementation of continuous improvement plans. Project leadership.
Education: * Degree in Engineering or similar, EQF Level 7 (Master's level). Availability to travel
Personal Skills: Results-oriented. Analytical skills. Negotiation skills. Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders. English level B2 or higher.
Valued Extras (Nice-to-have): Experience in medium/large industrial or corporate environments. Knowledge of sustainability applied to services (waste reduction, energy efficiency, etc.).
