Airbus Operations SL in Getafe (Madrid) seeks a Service & Performance Manager – General Services to lead the Office Services and catering/vending operations for the site. You will monitor KPIs, manage SLAs, coordinate vendors, and drive continuous improvement to enhance employee experience and cost efficiency.

The role requires an Engineering degree, up to 3 years' supplier management experience, strong data analysis skills, and fluency in English (B2 or higher). Occasional travel may be needed.

Formación

• Engineering degree or equivalent EQF level 7.
• Availability to travel.
• Up to 3 years of supplier management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Restore operational performance and KPI achievement for catering and vending services.
• Manage Office Services in Getafe and supervise SLAs with suppliers.
• Coordinate cross-functional support across General Services and FMRE Spain.
• Plan budgets and cost control; implement continuous improvement.
• Lead projects and monitor supplier compliance.
