Otis Elevator Co. seeks a SERVICE PARTS ENGINEERING TEAM LEADER to head the EMEA Spare Parts engineering function. You will ensure data integrity, engineering documentation, and lifecycle processes for spare parts across the region.

Lead a cross-functional team with global collaborators, drive parts availability strategies, and manage obsolescence while supporting transformation initiatives. Based in Europe with 50% travel, the role offers a permanent contract and hybrid work options.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering.
• Proficient in English; other European languages a plus.
• 15 years of proven experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of service operations and elevator components.
• Strong change management skills for a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to anticipate system-wide impact of adjustments to the network.
• Strategic thinker with long-term planning aligned to business needs.
• Willingness to travel 50%.
• Preferably based in Vigo, Madrid or Paris.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the EMEA Service Parts Engineering team responsible for technical support, data governance, and parts lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with global engineering and field teams to maintain Otis Spare Parts Leaflet and translate changes into service parts requirements.
• Own governance, accuracy, and maintenance of service parts master data across all EMEA operations.
• Establish and control processes for new part number creation, modification, and retirement.
• Collaborate with global engineering and supply chains to establish long-term parts availability strategies.
• Contribute to technical replacement development, retrofit, and alternative solutions for obsolete parts.
• Monitor product lifecycle changes and proactively manage service parts impacts.
• Lead implementation of engineering-related transformation initiatives supporting the Spare Parts Centre strategy.
