Otis Elevator Co. in Madrid is seeking a SERVICE PARTS MATERIALS PLANNING & PROCUREMENT TRANSFORMATION LEADER to join our EMEA team. You will lead the EMEA spare parts materials planning function, optimize inventory, and drive strategic procurement initiatives.

The role requires a degree in Engineering, 10 years in a similar position, strong change management, and English proficiency, with up to 50% travel. Preference for candidates based in Madrid, Vigo, or Paris.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering.
• 10 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of service operations.
• Strong change management skills in a fast-moving environment.
• English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead EMEA spare parts materials planning function and inventory positioning.
• Optimize inventory allocation and distribution strategies across parts centres and service locations.
• Develop and execute inventory strategies balancing service levels and inventory investment.
• Set and maintain inventory planning parameters (safety stock, reorder points, forecasts).
• Monitor and improve inventory availability and stock health across the network.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning and procurement systems and digital solutions.
