Otis Elevator Co. in Spain seeks a Senior Sales Associate, Service to grow the maintenance contracts and win new service projects within the territory.

You will manage a portfolio of elevator units, serve as primary contact for customer needs, and develop new clients through cold calling, bids, and networking. You will collaborate with field teams, use Otis tools to track pipeline and forecast results, negotiate and close deals, and participate in ongoing training.

Formación

• Business or technical degree or technician/technical business administrator training, plus 3 years of experience.
• Experience in selling technical service agreements requiring consultation.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of elevator services and cultivate relationships with existing customers.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and timely resolutions.
• Develop new customers via cold calls, networking, bids and tenders.
• Create and execute a personal sales strategy to hit targets.
• Use Otis tools to track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast results.
• Negotiate sales and close deals with customers.
• Collaborate with sales teammates and field colleagues.
