Les Roches Marbella is seeking a Creative Social Media & Content Coordinator to bring campus life to life through engaging content, storytelling and social media management.

This permanent full-time role is based in Marbella, Spain, with 1 day of remote work per week and beneficial provisions after 6 and 12 months. You will plan, create and publish content aligned with campus events and marketing initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in content creation or social media/marketing.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage content across social media channels (copy, photography, video).
• Plan posts aligned with campus events and marketing initiatives.
• Capture stories from student life and campus activities.
• Collaborate with central Content Team on campaigns.
• Monitor performance and advise on engagement improvements.
• Support the Student Ambassadors Programme.

Social Media & Content Coordinator

Permanent Contract | Full-time | Marbella, Spain

Les Roches, one of the world's leading hospitality management institutions and part of the Sommet Education Group, is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Coordinator to bring campus life to life through engaging content, storytelling and social media management.

What We Offer:

• Permanent full-time contract.
• Salary: €25,000 gross per year.
• 1 day of remote work per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage content across social media channels, including copywriting, photography and video production.
• Plan and publish content aligned with campus events, trends and key marketing initiatives.
• Capture and share stories from student life, graduations, open days, career fairs and other campus activities.
• Collaborate with the central Content Team to support campaigns and marketing projects.
• Monitor social media performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement.
• Support the Student Ambassadors Programme and encourage authentic content creation.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in content creation, social media management or marketing.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, photography and video creation skills.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and similar design tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Creative, collaborative and detail-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
• Previous experience as a Les Roches alumnus/alumna and/or Student Ambassador will be highly valued.
