Dassault Systèmes seeks a Senior Project Manager for the DELMIA Quintiq Services Team in Madrid. You will drive successful customer projects, ensuring value delivery and satisfaction by coordinating activities, defining SOWs, and managing plans and scope through the lifecycle.

You'll lead cross-functional, remote teams with emphasis on risk management, budgeting, and strong client relationships, while identifying new opportunities and ensuring best practices reuse across engagements.

Formación

• Extensive experience of project management in software implementation for external customer.
• Ability and proven experience in managing big teams in remote mode.
• Leadership qualities and excellent organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to act professionally with diverse groups of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
• Demonstrated ability to perform risk analysis, manage budgets and perform resource planning.
• Very good command of English

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all associated activities & resources to ensure successful contract execution
• Lead and/or contribute to the definition of the Statement of Work (SOW)
• Create and manage project plan and scope throughout the lifecycle of the projects
• Monitor execution on time, quality and budget, securing project baseline and margin
• Manage and provide guidance to the project team
• Prepare/update the business forecast and ensure consistency with information systems
• Proactive identification and communication of new business opportunities identified during project execution
• Capitalize on project deliverables to ensure reusability. Ensure maximum reuse of existing Best Practices, and create new ones
• Produce the lessons learn during the project closure phase and secure the team adoption during the project execution
• Foster a trust-based relationship with customer, driving a valuable partnership
• Identify, evaluate, categorize the impact and communicate any type of project risks.
• Define, implement and monitor/track mitigation action plans
• Manage escalation and senior C-level reporting when needed

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for our DELMIA Quintiq Services Team. You will be primarily responsible for the successful completion of customer projects to deliver committed value and guarantee customer satisfaction. You will work closely with clients and address customer's business needs.

Preferred Skills And Experience

• Master's degree in a related field, preferably in engineering or computer science
• Experience with Supply Chain Planning software is a big plus
• Project Management methodology training and certifications (such as PMP, Lean, Agile) a big plus
• Skills and experience in MS Projects are expected.
