Dassault Systèmes in Madrid seeks a senior facilitator to shape a transformation path toward an integrated Global Solution, leveraging 3DS Know How and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform through our Value Engagement model.

The role focuses on defining architecture, ensuring alignment with the SoW, promoting CLOUD-first delivery, and guiding consultants and system integrators in value-driven projects.

Formación

• Services & consulting experience is required.
• Engineering degree or equivalent with at least 5 years in a similar role.
• Global knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE Services and Value.
• Experience in a project delivery lifecycle.
• Deep knowledge of Industry standards & Business processes.

Responsabilidades

• Define and propose a transformation path toward an integrated Global Solution leveraging 3DS Know How and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, through our Value Engagement model.
• Promote CLOUD solution first from Dassault Systèmes, considering market trends and alignment with Value Engagement.
• Act as a key contributor of the Value Engagement framework and participate in gate reviews when needed.
• Assess customer opportunity in regards to feasibility, value and risks; capture customer business processes with a Business Consultant; challenge processes for value creation and business transformation.
• Define Global Solution Architecture leveraging 3DS Know-how to support customer objectives, highlight committed value and manage feasibility and delivery effort.

Role Description & Responsibilities

Define and propose a transformation path toward an integrated Global Solution, enabling the customer to achieve his business objectives leveraging 3DS Know How and technologies powered by the

• Define this integrated Global Solution enabling the customer to perform his Business strategy providing:
• The coverage of his whole business processes with the expected business value while guarantying the final workability and relevancy of the solution
• The contribution to the Business Objectives achievement leveraging 3DS Know-how within the valuable usage of 3DEXPERIENCE platform according the Industry Business Challenge of the customer.
• The Solution engineering by promoting CLOUD solution first from Dassault Systèmes, considering the market trends.
• The expertise on the Value Engagement process to operate and orchestrate the solution Engineering from the Solution Vision to the Solution Delivery
• Act as key Contributor of the Value Engagement framework
• Participate in Value Engagement gate reviews when needed
• Assess Customer Opportunity in regards of feasibility, value and risks
• Contribute with Business Consultant to Capture customer business processes
• Challenge customer business processes in regard of value creation and business transformation
• Define Global Solution Architecture leveraging 3DS Know-how to support customer business objectives, highlighting committed value, and taking extra care of feasibility and delivery effort
• Leverage collaboration between 3DS organization around a common view of the solution architecture for project success and customer satisfaction
• Ensure the alignment of the delivered solution with the committed (SoW) project scope
• Support Consultants & System Integrators
• Leverage IFWE Loop to manage customer and ecosystem interaction, and capitalize all relevant information
