Generix in Madrid is searching for a Project Manager to oversee operational execution of software implementation projects. You will be responsible for meeting deadlines, quality standards, and budget requirements.

The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of IT project management experience, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of project management tools like JIRA and MS Project. The company offers a hybrid working policy and an attractive compensation package.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience in IT project management, ideally in SaaS solutions.
• A Prince2, PMP, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Good level of English and command of French is desirable.

Job Description

Under the supervision of the Project Director, the Project Manager is responsible for leading the operational execution of software solution implementation projects, ensuring deadlines, quality, and budget are met, while coordinating internal teams and partners.

Main Responsibilities

• Participate in the project scoping phase with the clients.
• Develop and monitor the detailed project activity schedule.
• Coordinate technical, functional, and business teams involved in the project.
• Ensure daily progress tracking, identify blockers, and propose solutions.
• Prepare and lead operational follow‑up meetings (project committees, team check‑ins).
• Contribute to risk management and implementation of corrective action plans.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and their compliance with client requirements.
• Participate in drafting project documentation (meeting minutes, test plans, acceptance reports, etc.).
• Maintain smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders.
• Budget management and invoicing.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project processes and sharing of best practices.

Qualifications

• Higher education in engineering, IT, or project management.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in IT project management, ideally in SaaS solutions.
• Knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.).
• A Prince2, PMP, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Good level of English. Good command of French is desirable.
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, team spirit, and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
