Bitpanda is seeking a Manager, Growth Analytics to build the core decision engine for our Growth organization. You will establish trusted measurement and deliver high-impact analysis guiding customer acquisition, retention, and commercial outcomes.

You will lead a team of analytics engineers and analysts, collaborate with Finance, Data, Product and channels, and drive source-of-truth reporting and automated data workflows within a hybrid work model.

Formación

• Proven track record building analytics capability that shapes decisions.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, experimentation and measurement skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams with data-driven approach.

Responsabilidades

• Set Growth measurement strategy and operating model with CAC, LTV, payback definitions.
• Lead forecasting and decision-grade analysis for capital allocation.
• Build and mentor analytics engineers and senior analysts.
• Partner with Finance, Data, Product and channel leaders to establish source-of-truth reporting.
• Elevate experimentation quality and disseminate insights across the org.
