We are looking for a SEO / Paid Media Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO to drive large-scale digital campaigns.

What you'll do

• Manage and optimize Paid Media campaigns (+€50K monthly budgets).
• Boost organic traffic through SEO strategies (On-page & Off-page).
• Analyze KPIs and deliver data-driven performance improvements.
• Collaborate with creative & content teams on integrated marketing projects.
• Lead audience targeting, remarketing, and campaign testing.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in Paid Media & SEO (fintech / e-commerce a plus).
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
• Proven track record managing large budgets.
• Analytical mindset + results-driven.
• Bonus: design skills, email marketing, CRM tools.
