NTT DATA seeks an experienced z/OS Storage Engineer to manage enterprise storage for IBM z/OS environments. You will oversee disk/tape storage, backup/recovery, DR testing, and capacity planning, while coordinating with systems programming and application teams to ensure availability.

The role emphasizes automation, storage lifecycle management, and implementing modern storage solutions across global data centers.

Formación

Typically 8 to 15+ years in Mainframe Infrastructure and z/OS Storage Administration.
Strong hands-on experience with IBM DS8000 storage and enterprise DR solutions.
Proven capability in capacity planning, backup/recovery, and disaster recovery.
Experience in highly regulated financial services environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

Manage all aspects of mainframe disk and storage administration and upgrades.
Perform daily health checks, incident management, monitoring, and issue resolution.
Plan storage expansions and infrastructure changes; ensure high availability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable storage services.
