Quince is seeking a Senior Category Manager for Women’s EU to lead merchandising strategy across UK & EU regions, drive regional performance, and shape an exciting regional assortment. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and optimize customer experience.

The role is based in an EU office with in-office presence four days per week, and requires 8 years of retail merchandising or buying experience in menswear, plus a data-driven, analytical mindset.

Formación

• 8 years of retail merchandising or buying experience in menswear categories.
• Strong product awareness with a commercial mindset and attention to detail.
• Experience leveraging data tools and external sources to drive results.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end merchandising for selected womenswear categories in the UK & EU, including assortment execution, launches, and performance tracking.
• Execute regional merchandising strategy in partnership with US Product Merchandising and international regional merchandising peers.
• Contribute to product ideation, helping shape new product opportunities and business cases.
• Work cross-functionally with Product and Regional Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Technical Design, and Sourcing to deliver successful product launches—balancing inventory, go-to-market execution, and product quality.
