Quince in Madrid is seeking a Senior Category Manager, Home EU to own end-to-end product strategy for designated Home categories, with full accountability for assortment, launches, revenue, margins, and long-term growth. You will play a critical role in scaling Quince’s EU value proposition while delivering high-quality, on-brand products.

Formación

• 8–10 years of retail merchandising or buying experience in home categories.
• E‑commerce experience and/or DTC experience preferred.
• Proven track record of progressing within an organization and ownership of category performance.
• Data tools experience and comfort with analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end product strategy and assortment for designated Home categories in the EU, including category strategy, assortment, launches, and performance.
• Set long-term strategy and may build a department from the ground up, with oversight.
• Partner with Marketing to develop and lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for these categories in the EU.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Sourcing to maximize margins for the EU category.
• Analyze data to drive decision-making (sales velocity, margin, return rate, etc.).
• Collaborate with Design, Creative, Planning, and Marketing to ensure on-brand, in-stock products.
• Assist in onboarding additional vendors to expand the source base.
• Continuously identify whitespace and refine the product roadmap.
