Quince is seeking a data‑driven Senior Category Manager for Men’s EU, overseeing regional merchandising across the UK & EU, reporting to the Head of Merchandising, Men’s UK. You will shape the regional assortment, optimize the customer journey, and collaborate across functions to bring high‑quality products to market.

Based in a UK/EU office (London, Madrid, or Berlin) with a requirement of four days in‑office per week, you will influence pricing, assortment decisions and product compliance

Formación

• Eight years of retail merchandising or buying experience in menswear.
• Experience in e‑commerce and/or DTC with exposure to startups and blue‑chip brands preferred.
• Proven track record of progression and continuous growth in roles and responsibilities.
• Strong product awareness, commercial mindset and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Support end‑to‑end merchandising for selected menswear categories in the UK & EU, including assortment execution, launches and performance tracking.
• Execute regional merchandising strategy with US product merchandising and international peers.
• Contribute to product ideation, shaping new product opportunities and business cases.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, regional merchandising, planning, marketing, technical design and sourcing to deliver successful launches, balancing inventory, go‑to‑market execution and product quality.
• Analyse trading performance (sales, returns, margin) and drive actions to improve results.
• Own product catalogue management and administration, including product setup, data accuracy and system maintenance.
