Stark Future in Sant Boi de Llobregat (Barcelona) seeks a Senior Web Platform Engineer to own the web services backbone of our AI-driven platform. You will design, implement and operate production APIs using Python/Node.js, collaborating across AI, product, front-end, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable, scalable services.

This on-site role emphasizes architecture, documentation and mentoring as we push Stark's growth.

Formación

• 7+ years designing, building and operating production web services.
• Mastery of Computer Science fundamentals (Data structures, Algorithms, Complexity, Concurrency).
• Strong background in Distributed Systems and the nuanced problems in this area.
• Proficient with Node.js, TypeScript and a server framework (Express, NestJS, etc.).
• Experience creating and maintaining production-grade RESTful APIs; versioning, auth, rate limiting.
• Proven expertise in scalable architectures (microservices, event-driven, CQRS) and containers (Docker/Kubernetes).
• CI/CD pipelines experience and SQL skills (PostgreSQL/MySQL).

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and maintain web services and APIs in Python/Node.js (or similar stacks).
• Enforce coding standards for clean, stable, extensible code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues with urgency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with AI, product, front-end, QA, DevOps, and partners.
• Make high-level architecture decisions balancing scalability and maintainability.
• Stay current on industry trends and recommend product-level improvements.
• Mentor and guide team members; own and prioritize technical backlog.
