restb.ai is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build scalable, user-facing AI features and mentor a dedicated team. You will own frontend work with Angular and a Python backend, shaping architecture, reviews, and deployments.

This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and delivering robust web experiences for a global user base. The position is English-only, permanent, and Barcelona-based with a hybrid office/remote policy.

Formación

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience, with proven experience organizing, mentoring, or leading software teams.
• Strong frontend expertise in Angular (TypeScript, RxJS, modern state management) with public-facing web apps.
• Backend expertise with Python web frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask) and scalable RESTful APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, build, and maintain high-performance, public-facing web features using Angular on the frontend and Python on the backend.
• Lead and mentor the project team, organize sprint priorities, review code, and drive deployments.
• Collaborate with Product and internal teams to translate requirements into user-friendly digital features.
