Stark Future SL is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design, develop, and operate production web services that power our AI-enabled backend. You will own critical components and collaborate across product, AI, and operations teams in a fast-moving Barcelona-based environment.

Join a ambitious team building premium electric motorcycles and a scalable platform, with a strong focus on distributed systems, RESTful APIs, Docker/Kubernetes, and modern back-end stacks.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience designing, building and operating production web services.
• Strong CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, concurrency.
• Experience with scalable architectures and distributed systems.
• Proficient in English.
• Experience with backend Python is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and maintain web services and APIs in Python/Node.js (or other stacks).
• Enforce coding standards for clean, stable code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with urgency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with AI, product, frontend, QA, DevOps, and partners.
• Make high-level architecture decisions balancing scalability and maintainability.
• Stay current on industry trends and recommend product improvements.
• Mentor and role model for team members.
• Own and prioritize your technical backlog.
