Antai Ventures in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join a founding team of a B2B SaaS platform aimed at transforming frontline operations with AI-driven workflows.

The role requires deep full-stack capabilities across backend, frontend, mobile, and cloud, plus strong judgment on what to build and when to keep things simple. Hybrid work, strong English required, equity offered.

Formación

• Experience designing production systems and understanding latency, consistency, cost, and complexity.
• Strong coding skills with clean, maintainable code and good abstractions.
• Comfortable owning systems end-to-end from research to deployment.

Responsabilidades

• Study customer problems and translate insights into detailed specs and features.
• Design and build core backend systems for scheduling and coordination.
• Build APIs and data models supporting web, mobile, and internal tools.
• Contribute to AI agent backend and cloud infrastructure.
