Preply is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to shape how our brand comes to life within our product. You will partner with Product Designers and PMs across squads, framing creative opportunities from inception and leading visual solutions through delivery.

This hands-on role requires independent judgment, strong visual craft, and the ability to turn ambiguous challenges into clear direction. You’ll evolve our visual language and scale creative solutions with AI workflows.

Qualifications

• Senior-level visual craft with brand design applied to digital products.
• Experience leading projects from ambiguous briefs to implementation.
• Strong typography, composition, colour and visual storytelling.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners and align around creative direction.
• Proficient in Figma and in creating reusable design assets.

Responsabilités

• Shape projects from the start by participating in squad planning and briefs.
• Lead visual explorations and executions for complex product initiatives.
• Develop solutions across photography, illustration, 3D imagery, iconography, typography and motion.
• Represent Brand in product decisions and align with Brand and Product leads.
• Strengthen the shared visual system and reusable assets.
• Prioritise work and maintain visibility across squad roadmaps.
• Provide constructive feedback and collaborate with Engineers during implementation.
• Scale creative solutions through AI workflows and prompts.
