Spendesk is seeking a Lead Product Designer to shape the future of its product experience, with a focus on AI-powered and automation-driven workflows. You’ll partner with PMs, engineers, and designers to create coherent experiences across squads and drive valuable customer and business outcomes.

You’ll remain hands-on, lead discovery and design initiatives, and establish standards that empower others to make strong decisions.

Formación

• Seven or more years in designing complex digital products in cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading design across multiple squads or substantial product domain.
• Strong product/strategic thinking connecting user needs to business goals.

Responsabilidades

• Shape product direction across connected squads or a major product area.
• Align teams around problems, principles, outcomes, and success metrics.
• Lead discovery, exploration, delivery, measurement, and iteration while remaining hands-on.
• Create end-to-end experiences and resolve systemic UX issues across workflows.
• Establish standards for interaction design, IA, accessibility, content, and visuals.
• Coach designers to grow in autonomy, craft, and influence.
