Job summary

InteractiveAI is seeking a Senior Growth Visual Designer to lead day‑to‑day visual work across our brand identity, cinematic content, and performance creatives. You will shape the brand with the Growth, GTM and leadership teams, ensuring high-end craft and AI-powered production at scale.

You will drive brand identity, visual systems, and product branding for launches while producing ads, landing pages and video assets to support direct response goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience across brand design, video production and growth or performance marketing, in-house or agency.
• Portfolio includes brand identity work, cinematic video and performance creatives with measurable results.
• Proven experience creating or contributing to a brand identity from concept to rollout.
• Strong video skills: directing, editing, colour grading and motion.
• Strong command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools for image, video and voice in a professional workflow.
• Solid understanding of direct response: offers, hooks, social proof, testing frameworks.
• Experience designing physical materials for events and print production.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, external suppliers and deadlines.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day visual work across the company: brand identity, cinematic content, performance creatives, landing pages, lead magnets and event materials.
• Shape how the brand looks and feels in collaboration with Growth, GTM and leadership teams.
• Develop the brand, guidelines, design systems and asset libraries for company-wide use.
• Produce high-end video content: concept, storyboards, direction and delivery of brand films and product videos.
• Create assets for ads at scale and test hooks, angles, formats and CTAs.
• Design and build landing pages, lead magnets and website visuals.
