Job summary

Geotab seeks a Senior Product Manager for Vehicle Data in the EMEA region, based in Madrid. You will own the product roadmap, drive discovery with customers, and lead portfolio-level prioritization to fuel revenue growth.

You will collaborate with UX, data scientists, and leadership to align initiatives with business strategy, measure success with product KPIs, and mentor other product managers in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5 - 8 years of required experience in product management and/or customer discovery.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field highly valued.
• Experience with user engagement metrics and product KPIs to drive data-informed decisions.
• Strong proficiency in Agile planning methods and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent written, verbal, and virtual presentation skills; strategic and diplomatic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Understand infrastructure to support growth of revenue streams and own the product roadmap.
• Lead discovery with customers, mentor team members, and align with business strategy.
• Drive portfolio-level prioritization and establish reporting frameworks to measure success.
• Translate needs into epics and initiatives; collaborate with technical managers and stakeholders.
• Collect feedback from customers and teams to continuously improve launched products.
