Lodgify, a fast-growing vacation rental platform headquartered in Barcelona, seeks a Senior Regional Marketing Specialist to own the U.S. regional growth strategy and budget, drive end-to-end marketing programs, and build automated workflows.

This role offers autonomy to shape the growth engine, collaborate with Product Management, and partner with industry associations. Based at our Barcelona HQ with travel to the U.S.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of growth or regional marketing experience in hospitality tech or related sectors.
• Generalist growth skill set across content/SEO, paid, CRM, partnerships, and events.
• Hands-on experience building automated workflows and growth systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the U.S. regional growth strategy and budget to hit pipeline, CAC and ROI targets.
• Build ROI models and business cases for initiatives and investments.
• Lead full-funnel marketing programs across content, paid, CRM lifecycles, social and events.
• Develop regional segmentation and playbooks for top U.S. markets and customer tiers.
• Mentor junior team members and manage external agencies and freelancers.
