Based in Barcelona with a hybrid working model, you will lead design and implementation of scalable gameplay systems, drive architectural decisions, and explore new tools and pipelines

Qualifications

• 10+ years of game development experience and leadership potential.
• Proven Unity production experience with Addressables, Remote Settings, CDN, online features.
• Strong mobile gaming understanding and gameplay/UI/UX.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust gameplay systems and architectures.
• Lead technical investigations and feature proposals.
• Drive architectural improvements to support game scaling.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and developers to create engaging experiences.
