EIT Urban Mobility is seeking a Senior Course Officer to support the design, production, delivery, and reporting of the UMX face-to-face training portfolio. You will collaborate with providers, manage budgets, and ensure course quality across on-site, online, and blended formats.

Your role includes supporting administration, marketing, and cross-functional activities to help scale the Academy's impact in Europe. Barcelona-based with flexible hours and remote options.

Formación

• 5+ years managing multi-stakeholder public-funding projects, preferably in education.
• 3+ years producing training courses, blended-learning formats.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, trustworthy, and able to meet deadlines.
• Curious, fast digital learner capable with NetSuite and WordPress.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day project management and quality monitoring of blended courses.
• Support sourcing and onboarding partners and ensure delivery per quality and budget.
• Attend live training sessions for quality reviews and represent the organization.
• Support administration: contracts, agreements, and financial workflows.
