Shine, a European fintech unicorn, seeks a Senior People Programs Manager to own strategic People programs with a focus on Total Rewards. The role harmonizes People practices across countries, combining C&B expertise with an AI-native mindset to drive salary bands, benchmarking and benefits alignment.

Based in Madrid/Porto/Berlin, the role operates in a hybrid setup with some travel, contributing to payment transparency and performance evolution across Europe.

Formación

• 8+ years of HR experience, including at least 4 years in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards.
• Strong expertise in compensation, salary benchmarking, salary bands and job architecture.
• Experience with pay transparency, benefits and compensation review cycles.
• International experience, ideally in a scale-up, tech or transformation environment.
• Highly data-driven, structured and pragmatic.
• Strong program and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to translate strategy into practical tools, processes and communication.
• AI-native or highly skilled and curious in using AI.
• Innovative, hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.
• Fluent in English; another European language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and evolve total rewards strategy, compensation philosophy, salary bands and benchmarking.
• Drive pay transparency and pay equity initiatives across Europe.
• Review and harmonize benefits programs across markets.
• Contribute to evolution of performance management, job architecture and career frameworks.
• Develop manager and employee enablement tools, guidance and comms.
• Translate complex People topics into simple, practical solutions.
• Use data to support decisions and measure impact.
• Leverage AI to research, design, automate and improve People processes.
• Lead cross-functional People programs with PBPs, People Services and Talent Acquisition.
