Shine is hiring a Senior Business Recruiter for the Iberian markets, based in Madrid or Porto. This high-velocity, delivery-led IC role owns end-to-end corporate hiring for Core Finance, Banking Compliance, Risk Management, and Revenue Operations, focusing on Spain and Portugal.

You will manage a high volume of roles during rapid growth, partner with business leaders, and ensure data-driven sourcing while upholding GDPR and governance standards.

Formación

• Experience leading business recruiting for high-demand corporate profiles.
• Fluency in English plus Spanish or Portuguese.
• Numbers-driven with funnel metrics.
• Respect for data governance, GDPR, and compliance.
• Ability to push back assertively to hiring panels.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end corporate hiring for high-scarcity profiles, maintaining a steady run-rate of ~3–4 premium hires per month.
• Build outbound pipelines across Spain and Portugal, targeting tier-2 and tier-3 local companies.
• Partner with business leaders to translate complex requirements into aligned, data-driven sourcing plans.
• Maintain absolute data integrity and ATS hygiene for reliable funnel reporting.
• Leverage modern AI and workflow automation tools strictly within governance and GDPR.
