Hitachi Energy Spain, S.A.U. is seeking an experienced Testing Analyst to design, implement and maintain robust IT solutions supporting global traceability initiatives such as the Digital Passport System (DPS) and Digital Factory.

The role is based in Madrid and requires collaboration across IT and business teams to ensure reliable delivery. The ideal candidate has a 5+ year track record in IT disciplines, strong problem-solving skills, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT disciplines (software development, system administration, networking, cybersecurity, data management, or cloud).
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or participate in end-to-end IT project lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure delivery.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and designs.
• Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for critical IT systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Mentor junior IT professionals and share knowledge.
