TEAM International Services is seeking an experienced Senior Test Engineer / QA Automation Engineer to own automated testing strategies for complex, AI-powered applications. You will validate APIs, frontend, backend, and end-to-end workflows.

Collaborate with software and AI engineers, ensuring reliability and performance against SLAs. Design and maintain robust test suites using Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress, and contribute to QA best practices in an international environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional QA / Test Engineering experience with a focus on automation.
• Experience with Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
• Experience with API testing, integration testing, regression testing, and end-to-end testing.
• Familiarity with performance and load testing.
• Fluent professional English; able to work in an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement automated testing strategies across frontend applications, APIs, backend services, and data flows.

• Design verification approaches for AI and LLM-based systems, including prompts, model outputs, and hallucination rates.

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Test Engineer / QA Automation Engineer to take ownership of automated testing strategies for complex, AI-powered applications.

The role goes beyond traditional software testing. In addition to validating APIs, frontend applications, backend services, and end-to-end workflows, you will help establish approaches for testing LLM behavior, prompt outputs, model responses, and hallucination rates.

You will work closely with software engineers, AI engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure that AI-powered solutions are reliable, performant, and aligned with defined business requirements and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, document, and execute comprehensive automated testing strategies across frontend applications, APIs, backend services, and data flows.
• Develop and maintain robust automated test suites using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
• Design verification approaches specifically for AI and LLM-based systems, including validation of prompt behavior, model outputs, response consistency, and hallucination rates.
• Test complex end-to-end AI workflows and automated actions, ensuring they behave according to defined business logic.
• Perform API, system integration, regression, and performance/load testing before production releases.
• Validate application and platform performance against agreed business and technical SLAs.
• Identify defects, create detailed bug reports, investigate failures, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate closely with developers and AI engineers to reproduce issues and support effective resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing standards, automation frameworks, and quality engineering practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional QA / Test Engineering experience, with a strong focus on test automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with at least one modern automation framework such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
• Strong experience with API testing and backend/service-level testing.
• Experience designing and maintaining automated test frameworks and test suites.
• Strong knowledge of integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience with performance and load testing.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities.
• Experience validating complex business workflows and testing against defined requirements and SLAs.
• Strong understanding of software development and QA best practices.
• Ability to work effectively with developers, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
• Fluent professional English and confidence working in an international environment.
