Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and monitor automated tests for web applications, APIs, and backend systems.
• Build scalable and reusable test automation frameworks.
• Define the test automation approach and select suitable tools, following DevSecOps practices.
• Support the transition from manual to automated testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to provide fast feedback on software quality.
• Work with developers and manual testers to identify automation opportunities and build regression test suites.
• Use Generative AI tools to support automated test generation.

Required Skills and Experience

• Hands-on experience developing test automation solutions using frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or RestAssured.
• Knowledge of automation techniques for web, API, and mobile testing.
• Experience with AI tools, including Kiro and Claude, to support test automation and test generation.
• Experience with test management, defect tracking, and test data management.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or GitLab CI.
• Knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes for creating consistent test environments.
• Ability to prepare clear, structured test reports and communicate results effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with international, multicultural teams.
• A proactive, results-oriented approach and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Good spoken and written English; French is an advantage.
• Professional discretion when handling personal or confidential data and commitment to the organisation’s ethical standards.

Mandatory Certification
