Job summary

Cepheid, part of the Danaher family, is seeking a Senior Tenders & Contracts Specialist to lead end-to-end tenders and contracts in Spain. This role supports revenue growth while ensuring compliance with local regulations, internal policies, and SOX requirements.

The position can be performed remotely from Spain and reports to the Director, Tenders & Commercial Contracts EMEA. You will partner with Sales and cross-functional teams, drive risk assessment and pricing governance, and help advance

Qualifications

• Experience leading tenders and commercial contracts end-to-end in regulated environments.
• Strong commercial and compliance knowledge, including public procurement and pricing governance.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; comfortable operating in an international setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tenders and contracts for Spain, ensuring compliant and high-quality outcomes.
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to manage risks, pricing and procurement requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of tender, contract and pricing processes using DBS/Kaizen principles.
